Domanac.com is a domain opportunity forecasting platform that provides probabilistic insights, trend analysis, and predictive modeling related to domain names.

The Service does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, trademark-clearance, domain appraisal, or valuation advice. All outputs are estimates and probabilities generated using statistical models, historical data, and algorithmic processes.

All information provided by the Service is informational only. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, usefulness, and suitability of any output.

Any decisions you make based on the Service are made entirely at your own risk.Domanac.com is not responsible for actions taken based on Service outputs.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, restricting access to your account, and all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized. Domanac.com disclaims liability for loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from compromised credentials, credential sharing, or failure to maintain account security.

The Service may include usage-based features such as preview searches, Seeds, and The Vault. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, discontinue, enforce, throttle, restrict, or terminate access to any feature with or without notice.

All purchases, including Seeds, are final and non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion. Purchases are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may be modified in price, structure, or availability at any time.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and revoke improperly granted access.

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, algorithms, forecasting models, scoring systems, data structures, outputs, branding, design, and content, remain the exclusive property of Domanac.com.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source logic, or use the Service for competitive or commercial replication.

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, interfere with system integrity or performance, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, use automation, bots, or scraping tools without permission, or circumvent usage limits or payment systems.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, or security risks. Termination may occur without prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY OF OUTPUTS.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Domanac.com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON SERVICE OUTPUTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO Domanac.com IN THE PRECEDING 30 DAYS; OR (B) $20.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Domanac.com and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
